The Opportunity:

Paradise Mazda is currently looking for an experienced Workshop Controller. We are looking to appoint a candidate with a proven track record, good reputation and a strong work ethic who not only fits into, but thrives in a high-performance environment.

The successful candidate will have a customer-first attitude who upholds our business's values. Our dealership prides itself on customer service and cultivating a productive and positive work environment whilst having fun at work. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join a successful and busy service department specialising in the highly respected Mazda brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinating all servicing and repair work in the workshop
• Assigning work to technicians
• Liaising with service advisors regarding work status
• Overseeing the entire workflow of the workshop and service areas
• Adhering to WHS policies
• Displaying an exceptional quality of reliability and efficiency

You will be great in this role because you possess:

• Strong organisational skills
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude with previous diagnostic ability
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent team management skills
• An excellent work ethic
• The ability to work well in a team environment and also unsupervised
• A current valid driver's licence - automatic and manual
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and servicing is preferable, however, not required.

Hours are full time Monday - Friday, with the opportunity for overtime and some Saturday work.
