With a constant flow of work, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our operations and contribute to our continued success.

Position: Production Manager

Location: Castle hill 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily production activities within the workshop.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and insurance companies as necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of materials and parts.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production team members.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement in processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role within the automotive repair industry, particularly in smash repairs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and repair processes.
• Certification or training in automotive repair management is a plus.
