Residential Construction Electrician - Brisbane

The Opportunity

As a Residential Construction Electrician your main responsibilities will be carrying out electrical work to a high standard, while guaranteeing builder/client satisfaction with your friendly and professional service.

 

This opportunity will see you undertake the following working around Chermside and surrounding suburbs, and will be based out of our South Brisbane Office in Tingalpa:

• Underground and overhead power connections to new homes/units/townhouses
• Electrical pre-wire of new homes/units/townhouses
• Electrical fit-off, commissioning and testing (including fault finding) of new homes/units/townhouses
• Concisely communicating with a range of people including site management, company clients, tradespersons, sub-contractors and apprentices
• Ensuring deadlines are being met and quality workmanship is maintained

What are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience in domestic projects, along with the following:

• Current QLD Electrical Licence
• Current Queensland Manual Driver’s License
• 5 years Residential Electrical experience, can include Apprenticeship
• Construction Industry Blue/White Card
• Current CPR/LVR
• Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Safety and Quality focus
