Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our fleet operations with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and dispatch of our fleet vehicles.
• Ensure customer service and expectation levels are delivered.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods across Perth metro areas and throughout Western Australia.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to company policies.
• Assist in driving a can-do attitude of servicing our regular clients

Skills and Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional computer literacy, including proficiency in fleet management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Clear understanding of Perth metro areas and broader WA geography.
• Team player and willing a get involved as the business grows while still being able to work autonomously.
