We are currently seeking Underground Nipper for our Western Australian Operations

Responsibilities/Duties: 

  • Attend Pre-Shift Meetings each shift
  • Conduct pre-start checks
  • Identify and report hazards using site hazard reporting system
  • Assist drillers with materials such as hydraulic oils, mesh, and bolts to prevent drilling delays
  • Carry out standard workplace inspections, practices and procedures

Requirements:

  • 6 Months of underground experience essential
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current and Valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence
  • Hold a current Dangerous Goods Security Card
  • Have a good understanding of general OHS
  • Clear and concise verbal skills / Proficient English reading and writing skills
  • Strong work ethic

The successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
