Parts & Accessories Sales - Penrith and Auburn locations!

As part of Australia's largest motorcycle and accessories retail group you will get to test ride the latest models, be the first to get your hands on newly released gear and get paid to talk about motorcycles all day.  It’s fun, fast paced with a great team culture! 

Reporting directly to the Parts and Accessories Manager, you will assist customers with all their riding needs.

• Assist customers adding extras such as exhaust …
• Build customer data base /rapport
• Attend product training / always improve product knowledge
• Liase with workshop and dales to ensure customers bike delivered on time
• Ensure customer has all riding needs e.g. gloves for off road, wet weather gear 
• Stock control/build displays
• Advise customers of latest promotions and specials

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
• The ability to generate sales of accessories and parts
• Have basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles or the ability to achieve
• Attend product training events and enhance your product knowledge
