BTG is seeking an experienced Service Technician / Account Manager to join our growing team.
The position will involve servicing our valued top 100 NSW Clubs, Casino & Pub customers with our Commercial Glass & Dishwasher and Chemical Dispensing Equipment in the Sydney Metro and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Service existing BTG customers Glass & Dishwashing Equipment with scheduled preventative maintenance services and to support the Meiko range of equipment.
• Install BTG state-of-the-art chemical solutions, including Dominant products and Dispensing solutions, providing ongoing regular service and support, staff training, checking chemical usages for compliance, and testing sanitation and results to ensure the venue receives the highest quality service and support.
• Provide account management support by managing stock levels, ordering processes, and digital service reports, while maintaining customer relationships to ensure quality results and service.
• Provide other support services from BTG to our customers, covering our Gaming Software & Technology, Paging Solutions in F&B areas of the venues. BTG is a consolidated product supplier to the hospitality industry.
Requirements: -
Must hold at least a Restricted or full Electrical License.
Trade background, seeking to move more into an account management role rather than being on the tools all day.
Hold a current Driver’s License.
Technical aptitude/diagnostic skills and strong communication ability are critical.
Previous experience in Commercial or Domestic Glass & Dishwashers is preferred, but not essential, as we will train the right applicant for this role.
Willingness to learn and undergo additional training when required for new products coming to market.
Ability to travel in and around NSW as required, with the main customers located in Sydney Metro & regional NSW

Remuneration offer is up to $110K base salary plus super, company vehicle, phone, laptop, etc. will be offered for the right applicant.
