Fleet Controller

Civic Transport is an Australian-owned and operated courier and taxi truck company operating for over 35 years. We are the Industry leaders in providing the Nation's largest same-day delivery service with industry-leading technology. 

The Role

• Allocation of deliveries to contract drivers ensuring job deadlines are met
• Liaise with sub-contract owner-drivers and customer service
• Assisting in the onboarding process of new contracted drivers
• Meet performance standards
• Reporting and solving problems with the help of the customer service team

You

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in Transport as a fleet controller. 
• Computer literate 
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the Melbourne metro area
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Full working rights in Australia
• Customer service skills
• Results driven

This is a full-time position available within our Clayton VIC branch, working with a longstanding energetic team and is a Monday-Friday role. 

Ideally, the candidate will be available to start immediately or in January 2025.
