Site Installer

About the role

Arcworks Aluminium & Steel is seeking an experienced Site Installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship, delivers precise, high-quality work, and has a reliable, can-do attitude.

In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for the on-site installation and assembly of our aluminium and steel products, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of workmanship and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Install and assemble aluminium and steel products, including steel structures, fencing, gates, handrails, balustrades, and custom fabrication projects
• Read and interpret detailed site installation plans and technical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards 
• Select and use the correct fixings and hardware for each installation
• Problem-solve on-site, making necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality results
• Communicate with clients and team members to deliver a professional and seamless installation process
• Maintain accurate records of installations and site modifications
• Assist with general workshop duties when required

• Proven experience as a Site Installer or similar role in the trades and services industry
• Deliver high-quality work with precision
• Bring a reliable, can-do attitude to every project
• Strong practical skills in the assembly and installation of aluminium and steel products
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver's licence (mandatory)
• Construction White Card (mandatory)
