About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to take charge of our busy workshop. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service department, managing technicians, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of service technicians and advisors
• Ensure high-quality servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the department
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalations professionally
• Oversee workshop scheduling and workflow management
• Maintain compliance with safety and industry standards

Our Ideal Candidate: 

• Experience in a Service Manager, Workshop Manager, or similar role (motorcycle or automotive industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Technical knowledge of motorcycles and servicing procedures
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to drive performance, meet KPIs, and improve processes
• Preferred applicant will be an avid motorcyclist with a motorcycle licence.
