Project Manager - Fine Line Fire Protection- Fire Sprinkler Company

Skills preferred but not limited to include:

• Good communication skills to be able to liaise with middle tier builders and other service trades.
• Work within a good company enviroment.
• Ordering materials and pipe work.
• Interpret architectural and wet fire service designs , including pump rooms, water storage tanks , booster assemblies, sprinkler control valve assemblies and fire stairs designs .
• Understand block plans, pressure schedules and fire service schematics.
• Familiar with NCC,AS2118.1 , AS118.6 , AS2419.1 , FPAA101H standards .
• Completing WHS , SWMS , JSA, MSDS. 
• Completing commissioning plans and manuals. 
• Understanding and completing fire rating methods and registers.
• Familiar with excel,word , blue beam and emails.
• Must have a white card.

Work between office locations in Seven Hills and Lisarow.
