Florist

The team at Mister Botanical is growing! We are looking for a skilled, creative florist to join us.

Mister Botanical is centrally located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, we craft unique floral designs for retail customers as well as events, weddings and boutique corporates. We're a small team who get along well and like to have a laugh while achieving beautiful, creative work together.

About the role

This is a casual position, working >25 hours per week. Most work Monday - Wednesday, with opportunity for more hours in busier periods. 

What you'll be doing

• Assisting customers in creating a enjoyable in-store experience
• Creating beautiful floral arrangements
• Opening and closing process of store
• Taking orders from customers in store and via phone and website. 
• Processing payments and keeping a clean, organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Must have floristry qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner
• Flexible and able to work autonomously
• Preferred 2 years' floristry experience 
• Preferred retail/customer service experience
