Crowd Controller

About the role

As a Crowd Controller at Aries Security PTY LTD, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at various events and venues. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Perth, Western Australia, with opportunities to branch out into our regional sectors and grow with the company on a contractual basis.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and controlling the flow of people at events and venues to ensure a safe and orderly environment
• Enforcing venue policies and procedures to maintain security and prevent any disturbances
• Assisting with the coordination and execution of emergency plans if required
• Providing excellent customer service and managing any disputes or conflicts in a professional manner
• Reporting any security incidents or concerns to the management team

What we're looking for

• Experience in a security or crowd control role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness and stamina to be on your feet for extended periods
• A current Crowd Control and/or Security Officer License
• A friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented attitude
