About the Role

As the Flori Studio Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations, including floral design, order fulfilment, and customer service.

• Create high-quality floral arrangements for in-store displays and customer orders.

• Develop and implement standardised bouquet recipes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of florists and junior staff.

• Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product freshness.

• Implement sales strategies, control pricing, and plan in-store promotions.

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards with fresh and seasonal displays.

• Assist customers with floral selections and special requests.

• Monitor budgets, control costs and wastage, and oversee pricing.

• Oversee Flori Studio’s social media and website presence, collaborating with the Jefferies marketing team to strengthen brand awareness.
