Join Our Team of Precast Concrete Labourers
 
We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team for Precast Concrete Works. Positions are available in a variety of roles including:

• Steel Fixers
• Concrete Finishers
• Mould Production Specialists
• General Labourers (hand and power tool exposure)
• Form-work Carpenters
• Site Preparation & Material Handling
• Quality Control Assistants

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Installing steel reinforcement for precast concrete products
• Finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard.
• Assisting in the production and assembly of concrete moulds.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring all precast elements meet the quality standards.
• General site duties including material handling, cleaning, and assisting senior staff.

 
Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in precast concrete works or similar construction roles is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a construction environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen
• Must have a licence and reliable transport
• Team player with good communication skills.
