We are currently looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team.

As a Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician at Grease Cleaners, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and filters.
• Inspect and diagnose the condition of exhaust systems to identify areas that require special attention.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and cleaning equipment to remove grease, dirt, and debris.
• Comply with safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed with before and after photos and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their questions and concerns.

To be successful in this role, you should agree and possess the following attributes:

• Servicing all areas of Greater Sydney.
• Willing to travel throughout NSW occasionally.
• Permanant Night shift role, with starts from 3pm
• Occasional day shift.
• Reliability is absolute must have.
• Consistency
• Honest & respectful
• Minimum red Provisional license required. (P1)
• Willingness to learn how to drive a manual vehicle.
• Understanding the role is a combination of Night shift, with the occasional afternoon shift. Rare day shift.
• Monday – Friday night availabilities.
• Able to work in a confined space.
• Driven & self-motivated, with the ability to problem solve.
• The ability to learn, develop & improve.
• Prepared for an honest night hard and grueling work.
