Motor mechanic

About the role

Prime Autopro Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in a variety of vehicles.
• Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars,
  4WDs, and commercial vehicles.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and address problems.
• Adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
•  Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
   

What we're looking for

• Relevant trade qualifications (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  or equivalent).
•  A current QLD manual drivers licence
• Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic, preferably in a workshop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
