Are you a licensed electrician looking to trade traffic and burnout for surf, sand, and solid work with a tight-knit crew?

At B & H Electrical, we’re a small family-owned business with 16 years of experience serving the Esperance community. We pride ourselves on delivering neat, tidy, high-quality work across a mix of jobs – from maintenance and renovations to new builds and commercial fit-outs. We’re not the biggest team in town, but we hold ourselves to the highest standards – and our clients know it. We’re looking for an experienced, reliable sparkie who can work independently, adapt to our efficient systems, and take on feedback with a growth mindset.

🛠️ About the Role

You’ll be trusted to run a variety of domestic and commercial jobs, including:

Electrical maintenance, repairs & fault finding
Renovations and new builds
Switchboard upgrades & installations
Property and commercial fit-outs
Apprentice support
Keeping tidy, accurate records and working to top safety standards

Who We’re Looking For

WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
Residential and/or commercial experience
Valid WA Driver’s Licence + White Card
Australian residency
A reliable team player with a great attitude
Strong attention to detail & pride in neat, organised work
Willingness to learn our refined job processes
Good communication and customer service skills
Ready to start now and make the most of this opportunity
