Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the vehicle movement, access control and visitor passes
• Checking emails, administration and required reporting.
• Confirm everyone who is issued with a security access card to the site has completed the relevant induction and provided the appropriate approved access level.
• Identify and report any security risks to the client contact and client services manager.
• Internal and external foot patrols.
• Issue of permanent and temporary staff security access cards, contractor and visitor passes.
• Monitor WHS, CCTV surveillance and respond to various site alarms.
• Provide daily communications diary, event logs, incident reports, breaches, foot patrol reports, readings, alarms and any checks.
• Provide perimeter security by ensuring there is no unauthorised access to the site or vulnerabilities to the physical and electronic security integrity of the Site perimeter.
• Respond to alarms generated by access systems, fire systems, building management control systems, CCTV systems and any issues raised by staff for contractors.
• Surveillance and monitoring of all entry gates, Screening Area, Site buildings and grounds via CCTV, access control system and the visitor management system process.
• Traffic control - pedestrian and vehicle gates, intercoms, parking areas.

Qualification

• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role(s).
• Demonstrated experience in a similar environment, managing client relationships.
• The applicable Security Licence of the State or Territory in which you work and a current Senior First Aid Certificate in accordance with the applicable Security legislation and associated Regulations.
• A current and applicable Drivers Licence of the State or Territory in which you work, if the inherent requirement of your position requires you to drive.

• Ability to prioritise task and self-supervise.

Skills

• Advanced Computer Skills - literacy in all MS Office products Excellent communication skills - verbal & written.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - verbal and written.
• Report writing and presentation skills.
