Mercedes-Benz Brisbane are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Foreman to oversee daily operations in our busy workshop. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Workshop Foreman will supervise a team of technicians, ensure the efficient flow of work, maintain high-quality standards, and play a key role in diagnosing complex issues.

Supervise and lead a team of technicians
Work with productivity and efficiencies of the team
Ensure high-quality workmanship
Oversee service and repair operations
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues
Hold toolbox talks to communicate effectively and strive for workplace safety

About you:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive workshop
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles highly regarded
A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
A positive, can-do attitude and an excellent communicator
Automotive qualifications & current driver’s license
