About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Car Audio Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Autobarn Caboolture in Morayfield, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise to help our customers find the perfect car audio solutions for their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable car audio products and accessories

• Demonstrate and explain product features to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store display to showcase our product range

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

• Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive in-store experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales in the automotive Car Audio industry

• Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of car audio systems and equipment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse customer base

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

• Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
