CoreStaff are seeking candidates to work within the Waste Management facility based in Spring Farm. Our client is a leader in waste management and responsibly recycling everyday waste.

Our client is looking for committed Labourers/Cleaners to join their team.

There are several positions available on site both day shift, working within the Product Destruction Unit and Material Recycling Facility.

About the role:

We are seeking hands-on Labourers/Cleaners who are not afraid of getting their hands dirty to assist with activities in the product destruction unit which include the following activities:

Labourer – Product Destruction Unit:

• General site clean-up
• General maintenance cleaning of equipment
• Forklift Operation
• Engage in manual tasks

Labourer – Material Recycling Facility:

• General site clean-up and housekeeping activities
• General maintenance cleaning of equipment
• Daily cleaning of debris within the baler / conveyor system

Essential Skills Required

• Must have a Forklift License
• Must be able to pass a police check and medical
• Prepared to work in various areas
• Reliable
• Drivers Licence suitable for category of vehicles being used
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• Team Player
• Good Time Management
• Commitment and dedication to WH&S Compliance
• Permanent Working Rights in Australia without restriction
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime

Desired Skills Required

• Experience in processing waste treatment facilities would be advantageous
• HR License
• Experience operating machinery in an industrial environment
