Used vehicle Salesperson

The role

Join the team and become the used vehicle sales professional at B and B Autos in Woodville Park. In this commission only position, you will be responsible for selling our unique range of preloved vehicles. Finance referrals and warranty sales. Minimum commission of $400 per car plus finance and warranty ad on. This role is largely autonomous and you will require excellent time management skills.  This position is highly flexible and could be 4 days a week with no Saturdays to the right applicant. Future equity is also a possibility.

Key responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients
• Demonstrating vehicles and highlighting their features to potential buyers
• Negotiating prices and closing sales in a professional manner
• Ensuring a smooth purchase experience from start to finish
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Supporting marketing efforts to promote the dealership's inventory

• Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
• Ability to build rapport, listen to customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation
• Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to help customers find their dream car
