Bricklayer

Bricksmart Masonry is a bricklaying business located in Sydney looking for competent and experienced bricklayers. We are a small team looking to expand. We provide services for residential and commercial sites. Working in various locations around Sydney. We are looking for people who are seeking long term employment.

Responsibilities and Duties of the role include:

*Laying bricks, pre-cutting stone and other types of building blocks in mortar to construct and repair walls, arches and other structures.

*Reading and interpreting plans.

*Mixing, pouring and spreading of mortar.

*Cutting bricks using hand and power tools.

*Must have ability to measure.

*Must be able to work independently make decisions and work as part of a team.

*Must be able to work in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Work Experience Required:

*Cert III Trade qualification (preferred, but not mandatory) and or a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

*Driver Licence or transport to work.

*Construction OHS Card (white card)

*Immediate start

*Wages and superannuation paid weekly

$90,000- $110,000 Excl. Superannuation

*Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. 38 hrs/week.
