Your Role & Responsibilities:

• As a Car Care Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert in helping customers protect their new investment.
• You will present and educate them on premium paint, interior, and surface protection products, ensuring their vehicle maintains its look, performance, and resale value.
• Database Management: Maintain and update company records with accuracy and efficiency.
• Reporting Skills: Generate and analyse weekly and monthly reports to support business operations.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the sales & Pre-Delivery team to schedule and manage vehicle deliveries.
• Quality Control: Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet company quality standards before delivery.
• Data Entry & Warranty Processing: Accurately enter data and generate warranty documents as required.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate and work effectively with sales, finance, service, and pre-delivery departments to ensure smooth operations.
