About the role:

Our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Miranda is seeking a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our sales & service team.

This position will be 3 days per week for a period of 6 months - with the possible potential to become permanent part-time in the future.

Days (Between Monday to Friday) are to be determined for the right candidate. The hours will be 8:00am to 5:30pm.

What will a day look like?

  • You will be the face of our Mercedes-Benz Dealership by meeting and greeting customers.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for customers.
  • Ensuring all customers are tended to in a timely manner.
  • Maintain overall office presentation, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
  • Day to day administration duties & service bookings.
  • Supporting both the Sales, Service & Parts Departments.

About you:

  • You will have a passion for managing customers first impressions by offering superior customer service.
  • You will have experience within a reception/customer service/administration position.
  • Strong customer service focus and communication skills - face to face & telephone.
  • Proficient computer & administration skills.
  • Professionally presented.
  • Ability to work within a busy team environment with multiple priorities.
  • Sound time management and attention to detail.
