We are seeking a fully qualified mechanic to join the BMM team. We are a reputable, locally owned & family-run business located on the Southern Gold Coast. We offer a mobile service & have a fully-equipped workshop. We believe in convenience, strong customer service, & taking pride in our workmanship & the BMM ‘brand’ we are representing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of makes and models of vehicles

• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake checks, and tyre rotations

• Identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues, recommending and completing necessary repairs

• Ensure all repairs and services are performed to manufacturer specifications

• Maintain accurate service records and reports

• Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and repair techniques

• Adhere to workshop safety standards and procedures at all times

• Effectively communicate to customers

• Step into a supervisory role in the absence of the manager.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience

• Holds a manual driver’s licence

• Highly motivated & hard working

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Willing to work as part of a team

• Proven ability to work independently and unsupervised

• Honest and reliable work ethic

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
