JOB PURPOSE:
- To provide superior service, grow and maximise all business opportunities in our Active Client portfolio.
- To lead, develop, manage, and provide superior service to our on-hire Employees.
- To generate and qualify leads for new business and growth opportunities.
- To engage, develop and grow new clients.
- To build a pipeline of new potential clients and execute end-to-end new client onboarding process.
REPORTING TO: Business Unit Manager.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve Job Fill Ration of 95%.
- Place all suitable and successful candidates in work.
- To build a pipeline of new potential clients and execute end-to-end sales cycle, including new client onboarding process.
- Maintain ongoing Client contact, by keeping them up to date on the progress of open job orders.
- Active reverse marketing of available on-hire employees, daily and weekly.
- Generating valid and qualified new business leads.
- Arranging and attending active client and site visits.
- Arranging and attending toolbox talks.
- Attend and facilitate site walkthroughs for new employees.
- Arranging and attending new client visits.
- Execute end-to-end sales cycle, including new client onboarding process.
- Follow and implement iStaff Account Management Processes with current and new clients.
- Actively participate in developing and growing new client accounts.
- Ensure active clients WHS Safety Inspections are up to date, always.
- Complete face-to-face Employee WHS Consultations.
- Leading the upskilling and developing of our on-hire Employees.
- Work very closely with our Operations and Recruitment Teams, to ensure iStaff Australia business goals and targets have been achieved.
- To always ensure system and safety compliance.
- To promote and represent the iStaff Australia brand in the upmost professional way.
- On call and after-hours duties as required.

EXPERIENCE:
- 4 years of recruitment agency experience or industry experience is essential.
- 2 years sales/account management experience in recruitment or related industry.
- Proficient computer skills.
PIP's:
- Attend 10 active or new Client Account Management visits per week.
- Generate and onboard 1 new or dormant Clients in our industry vertical per quarter.
- Attend five site walkthroughs for new employees per week on your own.
- Organise & attend one active or new Client Tool Box Talk per week on your own.
- Conduct 12 Face to Face Employee WHS consultations per quarter.
- Achieve 0% outstanding Active and New Client WHS Inspections
