Cairns Real Estate Signs is seeking a talented Sign Installer to join our team on a casual basis. As a Sign Installer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of high-quality signs and graphics across a range of commercial and residential properties in the Cairns area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Travel to job sites and safely install a variety of signs, including real estate, business, and specialty signage

2. Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standard, meeting the company's quality and safety requirements

3. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on the most suitable signage solutions

4. Maintain a clean and well-organised work vehicle, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition

5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our installation processes and procedures

6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the installation process

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in the installation of various types of signs, graphics, and displays

2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and care

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome challenges

4. A valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a work vehicle

5. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

6. Basic carpentry and handyman skills
